Wisconsin struggles with high rates of alcohol misuse, opioid overdoses, and growing methamphetamine use. Through BadgerCare Plus (Medicaid) and other resources, residents can access licensed detox, residential, and outpatient programs. This database makes it easy to find treatment providers across the state.

How to Use

Tips
- Limited Results for Specific Filters: Filters such as males only, females only, adolescents, residential, telehealth, and detox may return a limited number of facilities. If your initial search yields no results, click the back button in the upper left corner of the results screen and try increasing the search radius.
